Home – MINISO Wuhan Distribution Center Project
This project delivers the B-1 logistics facility for the MINISO Wuhan Distribution Center, developed as part of the Belt and Road eco-industrial park initiative.
The B-1 building is a three-storey logistics warehouse with a total floor area of 50,603.98 sqm, featuring a reinforced concrete frame combined with a steel roof and external cladding system to support modern warehousing and distribution operations.

The MINISO Wuhan Distribution Center Project was developed to enhance regional warehousing and distribution capacity, supporting efficient order fulfillment and logistics operations.
The scope focuses on the B-1 logistics facility, designed as a multi-storey warehouse to optimize storage and internal workflow while meeting structural and functional requirements for modern logistics use.
The project was completed and delivered in February 2024 in accordance with approved requirements and construction standards.
The completed B-1 logistics facility provides a reliable foundation for modern warehousing operations and supports efficient distribution workflows for the MINISO Wuhan Distribution Center.
